I live on an island. I am an artist.
I own and operate a small shop, featuring fair-trade, organic and earth-friendly products for kitchen, garden and bath. To support myself, I work at a variety of other jobs, including waitress, substitute teacher, house painter, secretary, hardware store employee, grant writer, cashier, bartender, grant administrator and dog-sitter.
I have two grown daughters, four strong, smart and handsome grandsons and one charming, intelligent and beautiful granddaughter. At this time, I live alone except for my two great dogs.
I lean left in my politics, and consider myself a feminist. I truly believe that with caring and cooperation, we can make the world a better place for all life.
